About Us
We are group of carers who have worked for various different care companies. While the personal care side of things was well taken care of, we noticed that the companionship with the service users was being neglected. Unfortunately research shows us that there are over 440,000 elderly people in Wales who are reported to be feeling lonely and isolated, some going a month without seeing friends or neighbours. Most care companies are also restricted with the amount of staff they have available, so sadly the only interaction they receive is during their busy allocated personal care times. 

Here at Careline we feel differently, Chronic Loneliness has a severe impact on our health, so having companionship is just as important. We don't want them feeling like a burden or to ever suffer in silence. 

We have encountered all different types of medical conditions throughout our 37 years of combined care experience and we've gained numerous qualifications, so we can be prepared for every individual circumstance. These include: Manual Handling, Medication Training, COSHH, varied levels of NVQ's in Health & Social Care. There is also PBM (Positive Behaviour Management), ABI (Acquired Brain Injury), Epilepsy Training in children & adults, Diabetic Management Training, Challenging Behaviour, Equality and Diversion Training, Infectious Diseases, Management of Huntington's Disease, First Aid Training, Stroke Awareness, Food and Hygiene, Stoma & Catheter Care, Pressure Area's and Bereavement & Loss.
